The facts
National Guard plates are issued to anyone who serves in the Massachusetts National Guard who has a rank equal to or higher than an E2 rating. An Application for Massachusetts National Guard Plates must be completed and stamped by the National Guard National Guard members are eligible for one set of plates for each vehicle registered.
