The facts
Any vehicle that is over 25 years old and maintained solely for use in exhibitions, club activities, parades, and other functions of public interest (this includes drives to prepare for such functions and transportation to and from the repair shop) is eligible for antique plates.
Use the listed prefix and manual examples as evidence. The broad specialty fallback is not proof that every suffix arrangement is issued.
